Season: December to March, when the Guape Canyon is open. Guape spots sell out fast.
Town lodging: downtown Mesetas, 2 blocks from the office, with private bathroom and fan or air conditioning. Rural lodging: 5 minutes from Mesetas on a paved road, in cabins or rooms. The price difference is only the type of lodging, subject to availability.

How the plan goes
Day 1
Rafting the Güéjar river canyon
Arrival at the Mesetas office at 8:00 a.m., check-in, gear fitting and safety briefing. You paddle 17.5 km of class 3 rapids from Puente Limón to Finca La Recebera, in San Juan de Arama.
Lunch, back to Mesetas, lodging check-in and dinner.
Day 2
Tubing the Guape Canyon
The day before, we confirm your launch time based on the canyon turns. You float between rock formations with stops at the Rocosaurio, the Oilbird Cave and the Guape Sanctuary.
Breakfast, snack, lunch at Bocas del Guape, back to Mesetas and dinner.
Day 3
Arenales Waterfall
Transfer to the village by motorbike (1 or 2 people) or 4×4 (3 or more). Guided level 4 hike through native forest, crossing streams, to the 80-meter waterfall with a white sand beach and natural pools.
Breakfast, lunch, back to Mesetas and end of the plan.

If you book directly on site, do it at least 24 hours in advance. A quote does not confirm a booking. Rates may change without notice.
Bookings
Bookings depend on availability. The itinerary may change due to weather or logistics. Payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel.
Deposit
You secure your activity with 30% of the total price.
Rescheduling
If we cancel due to weather or river level to keep travelers safe, we reschedule at no cost. If you ask to reschedule more than twice, a 50% penalty of the total price applies.
Punctuality
Punctuality is mandatory. If you miss the meeting time, you lose the booked activity.
